  • 1 lbs spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tlbs light olive oil

    Steps for Completion
  1. If frozen spinach, boil in the covered pot (no steamer) with a little bit of water for five minutes or until spinach isn't frozen any more. After not frozen any more, add about a table spoon of olive oil to the pot and cook uncovered with a pinch of salt. If fresh spinach, cook on a little less than medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  2. Cut up the garlic into thin slices and add to pot.
  3. Cook until spinach is soft, about 5 to ten minutes.
